Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – medium sized
- 🌿 Fresh rosemary – finely chopped

- 🧅 Onion – powdered
- 🖤 Activated charcoal powder – for ash effect
- Olive oil – for roasting
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🥔 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Chop potatoes into evenly sized pieces.
- 🌿 Toss potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- 🖤 Sprinkle a small amount of activated charcoal powder for the 'ash' effect.
