Ingredients
- π Cooked Rice β 2 cups
- π Roe (Fish Eggs) β 2 tbsp
- π§ Onion β Β½ cup chopped
- π₯ Carrot β ΒΌ cup diced
- π§ Garlic β 2 cloves minced
- π₯ Egg β 1, lightly beaten
- πΏ Green Onions β 2 tbsp chopped
- π§ Soy Sauce β 2 tbsp
- sesame oil - 1 tsp
Instructions
- π³ Scramble the egg and set aside.
- π₯ Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add garlic and onions, sautΓ© until fragrant.
- π₯ Add carrots and cook for 2 minutes. Add rice and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- π§ Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well. Stir in the scrambled egg and roe.
- πΏ Garnish with green onions and serve hot.β¨
