Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
  • 🐟 Roe (Fish Eggs) – 2 tbsp

  • πŸ§„ Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • πŸ₯š Egg – 1, lightly beaten
  • 🌿 Green Onions – 2 tbsp chopped

  • sesame oil - 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🍳 Scramble the egg and set aside.
  • πŸ”₯ Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add garlic and onions, sautΓ© until fragrant.
  • πŸ₯• Add carrots and cook for 2 minutes. Add rice and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  • πŸ§‚ Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well. Stir in the scrambled egg and roe.
