Ingredients
- 🫑 Red bell peppers – 3 large
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Fresh basil – 2 tbsp chopped
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Black pepper – to taste
- olive oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Roast red bell peppers until skins are blackened.
- 🧊 Place peppers in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let cool.
- ✨ Peel off the skins, remove seeds, and coarsely chop the peppers.
- 🥣 Add peppers, garlic, lemon juice, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil to a food processor.
- 🔄 Process until smooth. Serve with pita bread or vegetables. Enjoy!😋
