Ingredients

  • 🫑 Red bell peppers – 3 large
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Fresh basil – 2 tbsp chopped
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ Black pepper – to taste
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Roast red bell peppers until skins are blackened.
  • 🧊 Place peppers in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let cool.
  • ✨ Peel off the skins, remove seeds, and coarsely chop the peppers.
  • 🥣 Add peppers, garlic, lemon juice, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil to a food processor.
  • 🔄 Process until smooth. Serve with pita bread or vegetables. Enjoy!😋
