Ingredients
- 🦆 Whole Duck – 1 (4-5 lbs)
- 🍊 Orange – 1, quartered
- 🍎 Apple – 1, quartered
- 🌿 Fresh Herbs (Thyme, Rosemary) – 2 sprigs
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, crushed
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- 🦆 Prepare duck by patting it dry and trimming excess fat. Season inside and out with salt and pepper.
- 🍊 Stuff the duck cavity with orange and apple quarters, herbs, and garlic.
- ⏲️ Place duck on a roasting rack in a roasting pan. Roast for about 2 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Baste with pan drippings every 30 minutes.
- 🌡️ Let the duck rest for 15 minutes before carving and serving. Enjoy!
