Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice paper – for wrapping
  • 🥕 Carrots – shredded
  • 🥬 Cabbage – finely chopped
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
  • 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs – cilantro, mint

Instructions

  • 🥕 Prepare the filling by combining shredded carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, and chili flakes.
  • 💧 Dip rice paper in warm water until softened.
  • 🥬 Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each rice paper.
  • 🌿 Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll tightly to form dimsums.
  • ♨️ Steam or pan-fry the dimsums until heated through and slightly translucent. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
