Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice paper – for wrapping
- 🥕 Carrots – shredded
- 🥬 Cabbage – finely chopped
- 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste
- 🌿 Fresh herbs – cilantro, mint
Instructions
- 🥕 Prepare the filling by combining shredded carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, and chili flakes.
- 💧 Dip rice paper in warm water until softened.
- 🥬 Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each rice paper.
- 🌿 Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll tightly to form dimsums.
- ♨️ Steam or pan-fry the dimsums until heated through and slightly translucent. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
