Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice paper – for wrapping
  • 🥩 Ground meat (pork, chicken, or beef) – filling
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🧅 Onion – chopped
  • 🥕 Carrot – grated
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – diced
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌿 Herbs (cilantro, scallions) – chopped
  • 🌶️ Soy sauce or other dipping sauce – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥕 Prepare the filling: sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Add meat and cook until browned.
  • 🥬 Mix in cabbage, carrot, and herbs. Season with soy sauce or other desired seasonings.
  • 💧 Soften rice paper in warm water. Lay flat and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
  • 🌯 Fold the rice paper around the filling, creating a dumpling shape.
  • ♨️ Steam, pan-fry, or deep-fry the dumplings until cooked through and slightly crispy. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
