Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice paper – for wrapping
- 🥩 Ground meat (pork, chicken, or beef) – filling
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🥕 Carrot – grated
- 🍄 Mushrooms – diced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌿 Herbs (cilantro, scallions) – chopped
- 🌶️ Soy sauce or other dipping sauce – to taste
Instructions
- 🥕 Prepare the filling: sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Add meat and cook until browned.
- 🥬 Mix in cabbage, carrot, and herbs. Season with soy sauce or other desired seasonings.
- 💧 Soften rice paper in warm water. Lay flat and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
- 🌯 Fold the rice paper around the filling, creating a dumpling shape.
