Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 💧 Water – 1/4 cup
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Spices (optional) – to taste
- 🫙 Oil spray – as needed
Instructions
- 🍚 Mix cooked rice with water and spices (if using).
- 🥣 Form the rice mixture into a thin layer on a baking sheet.
- 🧊 Freeze the rice layer for at least 2 hours.
- 🔪 Cut the frozen rice into small chip shapes.
- 🔥 Bake at 350°F (175°C) until crispy and golden brown, or fry until golden brown.
