Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
  • 💧 Water – 1/4 cup
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ Spices (optional) – to taste
  • 🫙 Oil spray – as needed

Instructions

  • 🍚 Mix cooked rice with water and spices (if using).
  • 🥣 Form the rice mixture into a thin layer on a baking sheet.
  • 🧊 Freeze the rice layer for at least 2 hours.
  • 🔪 Cut the frozen rice into small chip shapes.
  • 🔥 Bake at 350°F (175°C) until crispy and golden brown, or fry until golden brown.
