Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
  • 🐟 Flaked salmon or tuna – 1/2 cup (optional)
  • 🍙 Nori seaweed – cut into strips
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 💧 Water – for moistening hands

Instructions

  • 🍚 Slightly moisten the cooked rice for better binding.
  • 🖐️ Wet your hands to prevent sticking.
  • 🤏 Grab a handful of rice and form it into a ball or triangle shape.
  • 🐟 Optionally, add a small amount of flaked fish inside each rice ball.
  • 🍙 Wrap a strip of nori seaweed around each rice ball and serve.
