Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – 2 cups
- 🍗 Chicken or Veggies – 1 lb
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Curry Powder – 2 tbsp
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 can
Instructions
- 🍚 Cook rice according to package directions.
- 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pot until softened.
- 🍗 Add chicken or veggies and curry powder, cook for 5 mins.
- 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and simmer until thickened.
- 🍛 Serve curry over rice and enjoy!
