- 🫙 Tonkatsu sauce – for serving
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded, for serving
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare rib-eye by pounding lightly to tenderize; season with salt and pepper.
- 🥣 Set up breading station: flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- 🥩 Coat each rib-eye slice in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with panko.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan; fry the breaded rib-eye until golden brown and cooked through.
- 🔪 Slice tonkatsu, serve with tonkatsu sauce and shredded cabbage.
