Ingredients
- 🍞 Bread – 2 slices
- 🥩 Corned beef – thinly sliced
- 🧀 Swiss cheese – 2 slices
- 🥫 Sauerkraut – drained
- 🥫 Russian dressing – to taste
- 🧈 Butter – for spreading
Instructions
- 🧈 Butter one side of each bread slice.
- 🍞 On one slice, layer cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing.
- 🧀 Top with the other slice of bread, butter-side up.
- 🔥 Toast in a pan or sandwich press until golden and cheese is melted.
- 🔪 Slice in half and serve immediately.
