Ingredients
- 🌾 Wheat flour – 2 cups

- 🥄 Ghee – 4 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 💧 Water – as needed
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix flour, milk, salt, and water to form a soft dough.
- ⏳ Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- ⚪️ Roll out the dough into thin parathas.
- 🔥 Cook each paratha on a hot griddle with ghee until golden brown.
