Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare the filling: Combine ground pork, broth, scallions, ginger, and seasonings.
  • 🥟 Wrap the filling: Place filling inside each wrapper and pleat to seal.
  • ♨️ Steam the bao: Place xiao long bao in a bamboo steamer lined with parchment paper.
