- 🧂 Assorted spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander) – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pot, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🫚 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cook until fragrant.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and spices; cook until the tomatoes soften.
- 🥘 Add your choice of regional ingredients (vegetables, lentils, or meat).
- 💧 Add water or broth to adjust consistency, simmer until cooked through. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
