Ingredients

  • 🐟 Red Snapper fillets – 2
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1, sliced
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2, sliced
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic in butter until softened.
  • 🐟 Place red snapper fillets on a baking sheet, top with sautéed mixture, lemon slices, and herbs.
  • ⏲️ Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
