Ingredients
- 🐟 Red Snapper fillets – 2
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, sliced
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2, sliced
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic in butter until softened.
- 🐟 Place red snapper fillets on a baking sheet, top with sautéed mixture, lemon slices, and herbs.
- ⏲️ Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
- ✨ Garnish with extra herbs and serve immediately.
