Ingredients
- 🍞 Bread flour – 3 cups
- 🍚 Red bean paste – 1 cup
- 🌱 Soy milk – 1 cup
- 🧂 Salt – 1 tsp
- 🍶 Sugar – 2 tbsp
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- yeast - 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine flour, soy milk, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl.
- knead until the dough is smooth
- ➕ Add red bean paste into the dough and knead well
- ♨️ Let the dough rise for an hour.
- 🔥 Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
