Ingredients

  • 🍞 Bread flour – 3 cups
  • 🍚 Red bean paste – 1 cup
  • 🌱 Soy milk – 1 cup
  • 🧂 Salt – 1 tsp
  • 🍶 Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • yeast - 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine flour, soy milk, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl.
  • knead until the dough is smooth
  • ➕ Add red bean paste into the dough and knead well
  • ♨️ Let the dough rise for an hour.
  • 🔥 Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
