Ingredients
- 🍤 Prawns – cleaned and deveined
- 🍚 Rawa (Semolina) – for coating
- 🌶️ Chili powder – to taste
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌱 Curry leaves – a few
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate prawns with ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, lemon juice, and salt. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 🍚 Coat the marinated prawns evenly with rawa (semolina).
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 🥘 Gently place the rawa-coated prawns in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- 🌿 Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with a squeeze of lemon.
