Ingredients

  • 🍤 Prawns – cleaned and deveined
  • 🍚 Rawa (Semolina) – for coating
  • 🌶️ Chili powder – to taste
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌱 Curry leaves – a few

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate prawns with ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, lemon juice, and salt. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • 🍚 Coat the marinated prawns evenly with rawa (semolina).
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • 🥘 Gently place the rawa-coated prawns in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  • 🌿 Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with a squeeze of lemon.
