Ingredients
- 🐟 Bhetki (Barramundi) fillets – 2
- 🍚 Rava (Semolina) – 1/2 cup
- 🌶️ Chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 💧 Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate Bhetki fillets with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, lemon juice, and salt for 15 minutes.
- 🍚 Coat the marinated fish fillets evenly with rava (semolina).
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 🍳 Gently place the rava-coated fish fillets in the hot oil and shallow fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- 🍽️ Serve hot as a starter or snack, garnished with lemon wedges and coriander leaves (optional).
