Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – full cream
- 🍋 Lemon juice – or vinegar
- 🍬 Sugar – granulated
- 💧 Water – for soaking
- 💚 Cardamom – a few pods
- 🌰 Nuts – almonds, pistachios
Instructions
- 🥛 Boil milk and add lemon juice to curdle it. Strain to get the 'chenna'.
- 🤏 Knead the chenna well and shape into small discs.
- 🔥 Boil sugar and water to make a syrup. Gently cook the discs in syrup.
- 🥣 Soak the cooked discs in thickened, flavored milk (rabri).
- 🌰 Garnish with nuts and serve chilled. ✨
