Ingredients
- 🥣 Urad dal – for vada

- 🍅 Tomatoes – for rasam

- 🌱 Coriander leaves – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Soak urad dal and grind to a smooth batter. Fry small vadas until golden brown.
- 🔥 Prepare rasam by simmering tomatoes, tamarind pulp, and rasam powder.
- 🌶️ Temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies.
- 🍲 Soak the fried vadas in the rasam for a few minutes.
