Ingredients
- 🍅 Tomatoes – chopped
- 🌶️ Rasam powder – 2 tablespoons
- 💧 Tamarind paste – 1 tablespoon
- 🌿 Curry leaves – a few
- 🌾 Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
- 💧 Water – 3 cups
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pot, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- 🍅 Add chopped tomatoes and sauté until soft.
- 🌶️ Mix in rasam powder, tamarind paste, salt, and water.
- 🥘 Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- ✨ Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
