Ingredients

  • 🍅 Tomatoes – chopped
  • 🌶️ Rasam powder – 2 tablespoons
  • 💧 Tamarind paste – 1 tablespoon
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – a few
  • 🌾 Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • 💧 Water – 3 cups
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pot, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • 🍅 Add chopped tomatoes and sauté until soft.
  • 🌶️ Mix in rasam powder, tamarind paste, salt, and water.
  • 🥘 Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  • ✨ Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
