Ingredients

  • 🍗 Chicken or Lamb – 1 lb, cut into pieces
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • 🌱 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  • 🍶 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pot. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • 🍗 Add chicken or lamb and brown it on all sides.
  • 🍅 Stir in tomato puree, chili powder, turmeric, and garam masala. Cook until oil separates.
  • 🍶 Add yogurt and simmer until meat is tender and sauce thickens. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice. 🍚
