Ingredients
- 🥜 Peanuts – 2 cups
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan.
- 🥜 Add peanuts and roast until golden brown and crunchy.
- 🧅 Add chopped onions and green chilies and sauté for a minute.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- 🥣 Serve immediately as a delicious snack.
