Ingredients
- 🔴 Kidney Beans (Rajma) – 1 cup
- 🍚 Rice – 2 cups
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- 🌱 Coriander leaves – for garnish
Instructions
- 💧 Soak rajma overnight, then pressure cook until tender. 🍲
- 🍚 Cook rice separately and keep warm. ♨️
- 🔥 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes. Add spices. 🌶️
- 🥘 Add cooked rajma and simmer for 15 minutes. ⏰
- 🍚 Serve rajma with rice, garnished with coriander. 🌱
