Ingredients

  • 🔴 Kidney Beans (Rajma) – 1 cup
  • 🍚 Rice – 2 cups
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  • 🌱 Coriander leaves – for garnish

Instructions

  • 💧 Soak rajma overnight, then pressure cook until tender. 🍲
  • 🍚 Cook rice separately and keep warm. ♨️
  • 🔥 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes. Add spices. 🌶️
  • 🥘 Add cooked rajma and simmer for 15 minutes. ⏰
  • 🍚 Serve rajma with rice, garnished with coriander. 🌱
