Ingredients

  • 🌾 Ragi flour – 1 cup
  • 🍚 Idli rice – 1 cup
  • 🌱 Urad dal – 1/2 cup
  • 🥄 Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Soak rice, dal, and fenugreek seeds overnight.
  • ⚙️ Grind into a smooth batter and mix with ragi flour and salt.
  • ⏳ Allow the batter to ferment for 8-10 hours.
  • ♨️ Steam in idli molds for 10-12 minutes.
  • 🍽️ Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
