Ingredients
- 🌾 Ragi flour – 1 cup
- 🍚 Idli rice – 1 cup
- 🌱 Urad dal – 1/2 cup
- 🥄 Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Soak rice, dal, and fenugreek seeds overnight.
- ⚙️ Grind into a smooth batter and mix with ragi flour and salt.
- ⏳ Allow the batter to ferment for 8-10 hours.
- ♨️ Steam in idli molds for 10-12 minutes.
- 🍽️ Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
