Ingredients
- 🌾 Ragi flour – 2 tbsp
- 💧 Water – 2 cups
- 🥛 Milk – 1/2 cup (optional)
- 🍬 Jaggery or sugar – to taste
- 🌰 Cardamom – a pinch
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix ragi flour with a little cold water to avoid lumps.
- 💧 Boil the remaining water in a pot.
- 🌾 Add the ragi mixture to the boiling water and stir continuously to prevent lumps.
- 🔥 Cook for 10-15 minutes until it thickens and the raw smell disappears.
- 🍬 Add jaggery or sugar and cardamom powder, stir well. Add milk if desired.
- ☕ Serve hot.
