Ingredients

  • 🥛 Milk – full fat
  • 🍬 Sugar – granulated
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – few drops
  • 🌾 Maida (All-purpose flour) – for Jalebi
  • 🍶 Ghee – for frying
  • 💛 Saffron – few strands (optional)
  • 💚 Cardamom – for flavor

Instructions

  • 🔥 Prepare Rabri by simmering milk until it thickens and reduces.
  • 🍋 Add sugar, cardamom, and saffron to the rabri. Simmer until desired consistency.
  • 🥣 Prepare Jalebi batter with maida, water and a pinch of baking soda. Let it ferment.
  • 🌀 Pipe Jalebi batter into hot ghee in a circular shape and fry until golden brown.
  • 🍯 Dip fried Jalebis in sugar syrup and then serve with Rabri.
