Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – full fat
- 🍬 Sugar – granulated
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – few drops
- 🌾 Maida (All-purpose flour) – for Jalebi
- 🍶 Ghee – for frying
- 💛 Saffron – few strands (optional)
- 💚 Cardamom – for flavor
Instructions
- 🔥 Prepare Rabri by simmering milk until it thickens and reduces.
- 🍋 Add sugar, cardamom, and saffron to the rabri. Simmer until desired consistency.
- 🥣 Prepare Jalebi batter with maida, water and a pinch of baking soda. Let it ferment.
- 🌀 Pipe Jalebi batter into hot ghee in a circular shape and fry until golden brown.
- 🍯 Dip fried Jalebis in sugar syrup and then serve with Rabri.
