Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – full cream
- 🍬 Sugar – to taste
- 🌾 Feeni – wheat vermicelli
- 🌰 Almonds – slivered
- 💚 Cardamom – a pinch
Instructions
- 🔥 Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan and simmer until it reduces to half, stirring occasionally.
- 🌾 Roast feeni lightly until golden. Add to the simmering milk.
- 🍬 Add sugar and cardamom powder, continue to cook until the rabdi thickens.
- 🌰 Garnish with slivered almonds and serve chilled or warm.
