Ingredients
- 🐖 Pork shoulder – 2 lbs
- 🥮 Quince paste – 2 tbsp
- 🍯 Honey – 2 tbsp
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chinese five-spice powder – 1 tsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
Instructions
- 🔪 Cut pork into strips and marinate with quince paste, honey, soy sauce, five-spice powder, and garlic.
- ⏰ Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 🍖 Arrange pork on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly caramelized.
- ✨ Glaze with extra honey or marinade during the last 10 minutes of cooking for a shiny finish.
