Ingredients
- 🍝 Pasta – your choice
- 🥓 Pancetta – diced
- 🥚 Eggs – 3 large
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated
- 🖤 Black pepper – freshly ground
Instructions
- 💧 Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- 🥓 In a pan, sauté pancetta until crispy.
- 🥚 In a bowl, whisk eggs with Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
- 🍝 Drain pasta, reserving some pasta water. Add to pancetta.
- 🔥 Remove from heat, add egg mixture, and toss quickly, adding pasta water if needed to create a creamy sauce. Serve immediately.
