Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🥓 In a pan, sauté pancetta until crispy.
  • 🥚 In a bowl, whisk eggs with Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
  • 🍝 Drain pasta, reserving some pasta water. Add to pancetta.
  • 🔥 Remove from heat, add egg mixture, and toss quickly, adding pasta water if needed to create a creamy sauce. Serve immediately.
