Ingredients
- 🍝 Spaghetti – 1 pound
- 🍅 Canned Tomatoes – 28 oz
- 🫒 Olive Oil – 1/4 cup
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Red Pepper Flakes – 1/2 tsp
- 🌿 Olives – 1/2 cup, Kalamata
- 🐟 Anchovies – 6 fillets
- 🌿 Capers – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Fresh Parsley – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- 🧄 Sauté garlic and anchovies in olive oil until anchovies dissolve.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes, olives, capers, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- 🍝 Toss the sauce with the cooked spaghetti.
