Ingredients

  • 🌿 Olives – 1/2 cup, Kalamata
  • 🐟 Anchovies – 6 fillets
  • 🌿 Capers – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Fresh Parsley – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  • 🧄 Sauté garlic and anchovies in olive oil until anchovies dissolve.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes, olives, capers, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • 🍝 Toss the sauce with the cooked spaghetti.
