Ingredients
- 🌾 Pure Wheat Flour – for the dough
- 🥕 Mixed Vegetables (cabbage, carrots, beans) – finely chopped
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🥟 Prepare the momo dough with wheat flour and water. Keep aside.
- 🥕 Sauté chopped vegetables with ginger-garlic paste and spices.
- ⚪ Roll out small circles from the dough and stuff with the vegetable mixture.
- ♨️ Steam the momos for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- 🌶️ Serve hot with your favorite chutney or dipping sauce.
