Ingredients

  • 🌾 Pure Wheat Flour – for the dough
  • 🥕 Mixed Vegetables (cabbage, carrots, beans) – finely chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥟 Prepare the momo dough with wheat flour and water. Keep aside.
  • 🥕 Sauté chopped vegetables with ginger-garlic paste and spices.
  • ⚪ Roll out small circles from the dough and stuff with the vegetable mixture.
  • ♨️ Steam the momos for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
  • 🌶️ Serve hot with your favorite chutney or dipping sauce.
