Ingredients

  • 🐖 Pork shoulder – 3 lbs
  • 🍔 Hamburger buns – 4
  • 🧅 Onion – 1, chopped
  • 🍎 Apple cider vinegar – 1/2 cup
  • 🧂 BBQ sauce – 1 cup

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sear pork shoulder on all sides.
  • 🧅 Place pork in slow cooker with onion and apple cider vinegar.
  • ⏳ Cook on low for 4 hours, or until pork is easily shredded.
  • 🔪 Shred pork with two forks and mix with BBQ sauce.
