Ingredients
- 🐖 Pork shoulder – 3 lbs
- 🍔 Hamburger buns – 4
- 🧅 Onion – 1, chopped
- 🍎 Apple cider vinegar – 1/2 cup
- 🧂 BBQ sauce – 1 cup
Instructions
- 🔥 Sear pork shoulder on all sides.
- 🧅 Place pork in slow cooker with onion and apple cider vinegar.
- ⏳ Cook on low for 4 hours, or until pork is easily shredded.
- 🔪 Shred pork with two forks and mix with BBQ sauce.
