Ingredients
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – 1 cup
- 🧅 Onions – 1 medium, sliced
- 🥕 Mixed Vegetables – 1 cup (peas, carrots, beans)
- 🍶 Ghee – 2 tablespoons
- 🧂 Spices – whole (cumin, cloves, bay leaf)
Instructions
- 🍚 Soak rice for 20 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat ghee in a pot and add whole spices.
- 🧅 Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🥕 Add vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 💧 Add rice and water (2 cups), bring to a boil, then simmer until water is absorbed.
