Ingredients

  • 🐦 Quail (Bater) – 4 whole
  • 🌿 Fresh Mint (Pudina) – 1 cup
  • 🧅 Onion – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2-3, slit
  • 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • 🫘 Cooking Oil – 3 tbsp
  • 🧂 Spices (Turmeric, Coriander, Garam Masala) – 1 tsp each

Instructions

  • 🌿 Grind mint with a little water to make a paste.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pot, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
  • 🐦 Add quail and brown it on all sides. Then add yogurt and spice powders. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • 🌿 Add mint paste, mix well, and simmer until quail is tender and the gravy thickens. Serve hot.
