Ingredients
- 🥙 Pita bread – 2 pieces
- 🥚 Eggs – 2
- 🧀 Cheese – shredded
- 🍗 Cooked chicken or tofu – diced
- 🥬 Spinach or lettuce – chopped
- 🌶️ Optional hot sauce
Instructions
- 🍳 Scramble eggs and cook until set.
- 🔥 Warm pita bread in a pan or toaster.
- 🥙 Open pita bread and layer with spinach/lettuce, cooked eggs, chicken/tofu and cheese.
- ♨️ Heat in a pan or microwave until cheese melts.
- 🌶️ Add hot sauce if desired and serve immediately.
