Ingredients

  • 🥙 Pita bread – 2 pieces
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2
  • 🧀 Cheese – shredded
  • 🍗 Cooked chicken or tofu – diced
  • 🥬 Spinach or lettuce – chopped
  • 🌶️ Optional hot sauce

Instructions

  • 🍳 Scramble eggs and cook until set.
  • 🔥 Warm pita bread in a pan or toaster.
  • 🥙 Open pita bread and layer with spinach/lettuce, cooked eggs, chicken/tofu and cheese.
  • ♨️ Heat in a pan or microwave until cheese melts.
  • 🌶️ Add hot sauce if desired and serve immediately.
