Ingredients
- 🍌 Bananas – mashed
- 🥚 Eggs – large
- 🥛 Milk – any kind
- 🥄 Protein Powder – vanilla or unflavored
- 🌾 Flour – all-purpose or gluten-free blend
- 🌰 Nuts – chopped (optional)
- 🍁 Maple Syrup or Honey – for sweetness
Instructions
- 🥣 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- 🍌 In a large bowl, mash bananas and mix in eggs, milk, and sweetener.
- 🥄 Add protein powder, flour, and any spices. Mix until just combined.
