Ingredients
- 🍤 Prawns – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1/4 tsp
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🖤 Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a plancha or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 🧄 Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 🍤 Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over the prawns.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.
