Ingredients

  • 🍤 Prawns – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
  • 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1/4 tsp
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
  • 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🖤 Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat olive oil in a plancha or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • 🍤 Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over the prawns.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.
