Ingredients

  • 🍤 Prawns – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
  • 🌶️ Red Curry Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 can
  • 🌿 Thai Basil – 1/4 cup, chopped
  • 🐟 Fish Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🍚 Cooked Rice - for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add curry paste and sauté for 1 minute.
  • 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  • 🍤 Add prawns and cook until pink and opaque.
  • 🌿 Stir in fish sauce and Thai basil.
  • 🍚 Serve hot with rice.
