Ingredients
- 🍤 Prawns – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🌶️ Red Curry Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 can
- 🌿 Thai Basil – 1/4 cup, chopped
- 🐟 Fish Sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🍚 Cooked Rice - for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add curry paste and sauté for 1 minute.
- 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- 🍤 Add prawns and cook until pink and opaque.
- 🌿 Stir in fish sauce and Thai basil.
- 🍚 Serve hot with rice.
