Ingredients
- 🍤 Prawns – peeled and deveined
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
- 🌶️ Green curry paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Thai basil – fresh leaves
- 🥕 Mixed vegetables – bell peppers, zucchini, etc.
Instructions
- 🔥 Stir-fry green curry paste in oil until fragrant.
- 🥥 Add coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- 🍤 Add prawns and vegetables; cook until prawns are pink and cooked through.
- 🌿 Stir in Thai basil and simmer for a minute.
- 🍚 Serve hot with rice.
