Ingredients
- 🦐 Prawns – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, thinly sliced
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1/2 tsp
- 🌿 Olive oil – 1/4 cup
- 🍷 Dry white wine – 1/4 cup
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
- 🥖 Crusty bread – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- 🧄 Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- 🦐 Add prawns and cook until pink and opaque (2-3 minutes per side).
- 🍷 Deglaze the pan with white wine and let it reduce slightly.
- 🍋 Stir in lemon juice and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately with crusty bread. 🥖
