Ingredients
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
- 🍗 Chicken or Mutton – marinated
- 🧅 Onions – sliced
- 🍅 Tomatoes – chopped
- 🫙 Biryani Masala
- 🌿 Mint & Coriander – fresh
- 🍋 Lemon – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Fry onions until golden brown, set aside.
- 🥘 In a large pot, layer rice, marinated meat, fried onions, tomatoes, mint, and coriander.
- 💧 Add water and biryani masala.
- ♨️ Cook on low heat until rice is cooked and meat is tender.
- ✨ Garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot.
