Ingredients

  • 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
  • 🍗 Chicken or Mutton – marinated
  • 🧅 Onions – sliced
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – chopped
  • 🫙 Biryani Masala
  • 🌿 Mint & Coriander – fresh
  • 🍋 Lemon – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Fry onions until golden brown, set aside.
  • 🥘 In a large pot, layer rice, marinated meat, fried onions, tomatoes, mint, and coriander.
  • 💧 Add water and biryani masala.
  • ♨️ Cook on low heat until rice is cooked and meat is tender.
  • ✨ Garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot.
