Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice – 2 cups
  • 🐔 Chicken – 1 cup, diced
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – 1/2 cup, sliced
  • 🥕 Carrots – 1/2 cup, diced
  • 🫛 Peas – 1/2 cup
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Cooking oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
  • 🐔 Add chicken and cook until browned.
  • 🥕 Add carrots, mushrooms, and peas. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • 🍚 Add rice and soy sauce; stir well to combine.
  • 💧 Add water (follow rice cooking ratio), bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until rice is cooked and water is absorbed.
  • ✨ Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
