Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – 2 cups
- 🐔 Chicken – 1 cup, diced
- 🍄 Mushrooms – 1/2 cup, sliced
- 🥕 Carrots – 1/2 cup, diced
- 🫛 Peas – 1/2 cup
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- 🐔 Add chicken and cook until browned.
- 🥕 Add carrots, mushrooms, and peas. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- 🍚 Add rice and soy sauce; stir well to combine.
- 💧 Add water (follow rice cooking ratio), bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until rice is cooked and water is absorbed.
- ✨ Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
