Ingredients
- 🍄 Portobello mushrooms – 2 large

- 🌿 Herbs (parsley, thyme) – chopped

- 🥖 Breadcrumbs – for topping
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍅 Tomato sauce – for filling
Instructions
- 🍄 Clean portobello mushrooms and remove stems.
- 🧅 Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
- 🍅 Mix sautéed vegetables with tomato sauce, herbs, and cheese.
- 🥄 Fill portobello caps with the mixture, top with breadcrumbs and cheese.
- 🔥 Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
