Ingredients

  • 🍄 Portobello mushrooms – 2 large

  • 🥖 Breadcrumbs – for topping
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🍅 Tomato sauce – for filling

Instructions

  • 🍄 Clean portobello mushrooms and remove stems.
  • 🧅 Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
  • 🍅 Mix sautéed vegetables with tomato sauce, herbs, and cheese.
  • 🥄 Fill portobello caps with the mixture, top with breadcrumbs and cheese.
  • 🔥 Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
