Ingredients

  • 🐷 Ground pork – 1 lb
  • 🥬 Wombok (Chinese cabbage) – 1 medium
  • 🧅 Green onions – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🥟 Dumpling wrappers – 50 count

Instructions

  • 🔪 Prepare the filling by mixing pork, wombok, green onions, garlic, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  • 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  • 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper and fold to create a sealed dumpling.
  • ♨️ Steam the dumplings for about 15-20 minutes, or until the filling is cooked through.
  • 🥢 Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
