Ingredients
- 🐷 Ground pork – 1 lb
- 🥬 Wombok (Chinese cabbage) – 1 medium
- 🧅 Green onions – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🥟 Dumpling wrappers – 50 count
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare the filling by mixing pork, wombok, green onions, garlic, and soy sauce in a bowl.
- 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper and fold to create a sealed dumpling.
- ♨️ Steam the dumplings for about 15-20 minutes, or until the filling is cooked through.
- 🥢 Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
