Ingredients
- 🐖 Pork Jowl – 1 lb, skin on
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 1/4 cup
- 🍬 Sugar – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Ginger – 2 slices
- 🧅 Scallions – 2, chopped
Instructions
- ♨️ Blanch pork jowl in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- 🔪 Cut pork jowl into large pieces.
- 🍲 In a pot, combine pork jowl, soy sauce, sugar, and ginger.
- ⏳ Simmer on low heat for 2 hours, or until tender.
- 🧅 Garnish with chopped scallions and serve hot.
