Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – for serving
  • 🥩 Pork Chops – 2 medium
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🥕 Carrots – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🥔 Potato – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🍛 Curry Roux – 4 cubes
  • 💧 Water – 2 cups
  • 🛢️ Cooking Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sear pork chops in a pan with oil until browned on both sides. Set aside.
  • 🧅 In the same pan, sauté onions, carrots, and potatoes until softened.
  • 💧 Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  • 🍛 Break curry roux into the pot and stir until dissolved and thickened.
  • 🥩 Add the seared pork chops back to the curry and simmer for 5 mins. Serve over rice. ✨
