Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 bowls
  • 🐷 Pork Belly – thinly sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2
  • 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍁 Mirin – 1 tbsp
  • 砂糖 Sugar – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Green Onions – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté sliced pork belly and onions in a pan until browned.
  • 🍶 Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  • 🍚 Place cooked rice in a bowl.
  • 🍳 Scramble or poach the eggs.
  • 🐷 Place the pork belly mixture over the rice, top with the egg, and garnish with green onions. Serve hot! ✨
