Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 bowls
- 🐷 Pork Belly – thinly sliced
- 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
- 🥚 Eggs – 2
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍁 Mirin – 1 tbsp
- 砂糖 Sugar – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Green Onions – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté sliced pork belly and onions in a pan until browned.
- 🍶 Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens.
- 🍚 Place cooked rice in a bowl.
- 🍳 Scramble or poach the eggs.
- 🐷 Place the pork belly mixture over the rice, top with the egg, and garnish with green onions. Serve hot! ✨
