Ingredients
- 🍝 Cannelloni pasta tubes
- 🥩 Ground pork – 1 lb
- 🍤 Shrimp – 1/2 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🧅 Onion – 1, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍅 Tomato sauce – 24 oz
- 🧀 Ricotta cheese – 15 oz
- 🌿 Italian seasoning – 1 tbsp
- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese – shredded, for topping
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 🧅 In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add ground pork and shrimp; cook until browned.
- 🍅 Stir in tomato sauce, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- 🍝 Stuff cannelloni tubes with the pork and shrimp mixture. Place in a baking dish.
- 🧀 Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving. ✨
