Ingredients
- 🥟 Dumpling wrappers – 24 count
- 🐷 Ground pork – 1 lb
- 🌱 Chives – 1/2 cup, chopped
- 🧅 Onion – 1/4 cup, minced
- 🫚 Ginger – 1 tbsp, grated
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine pork, chives, onion, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- 🥄 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold, and seal to form dumplings.
- ♨️ Steam the dumplings for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- 🥢 Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
